Owner-occupiers vote with their feet and buy-off plan at Hadzor Hall

Since the launch of Neil Grinnall Group's flagship scheme; Hadzor Hall in the picturesque location of Droitwich Spa, over 55 per cent of the houses have already been sold, predominantly to buyers from the local area.

Hadzor Hall incorporates 36 three and four bedroom townhouses and converted properties set within the grounds of the Grade II listed Hall. The newly built houses are being constructed in a delightful courtyard setting and the internal and external specification is considered to be the best in the Worcestershire area. Priced from £265,000 with well-proportioned gardens and allocated parking, the houses have primarily been purchased to date by owner-occupiers already living in Worcestershire.

The majority of enquiries from Hadzor Hall have come from couples aged between 30 - 50, who are united in their desire not to be tied down by a maintenance incumbent property. However, a number of investors have unexpectedly shown an interest, including one local construction company that has purchased at Hadzor Hall as a long-term investment and an alternative to hotel accommodation for employees.

Droitwich Spa is an increasingly sought after location due to its rural surroundings combined with good infrastructure and local amenities. Hadzor Hall is less than five miles from junction five of the M5 and eight miles along the A38 to Worcester city centre. Local facilities include the popular Brine Spa, an excellent golf course, bowling greens and tennis courts. Horse riding can be enjoyed at local stables and coarse fishing is available on the nearby rivers Severn and Avon .
