On 28th December 2004 at 7.30pm, ITV Central aired its final prime-time programme within a four-part 'Living Genius' series. Neil Grinnall, the company's Chairman was featured as the only property personality within the series, which also showcased fellow Midlands entrepreneurs such as Sir Peter Rigby, John Caudwell, Tim Watts and Sir Anthony Bamford. Sir Digby Jones fronted the Advantage West Midlands' backed campaign, which celebrates the contribution the region's entrepreneurs are making to the local and national economy.
On 17th July 2003 Neil Grinnall Homes launched its landmark Kay's development to an invited VIP audience of 200 guests. To commemorate the occasion, some informative media footage was commissioned to illustrate our track record as well as provide a background to this historic conversion scheme.
