Neil Grinnall Homes has appointed a dedicated Customer Services Manager to handle purchaser enquiries from selection of specification options to after-sales care.
28 year old Miss Bradley previously spent 3 ˝ years at Crosby Homes Midlands Ltd working with new residents at high profile developments throughout the Midlands. Hannah Bradley’s appointment represents the creation of a new position at Neil Grinnall Homes in a move that has been necessitated by the company’s significant increase in new homes reaching completion this year. Hannah will work with purchasers following exchange of contracts through to handover of their new home, as well as having specific responsibilities for any queries once they take occupation.

Hannah Bradley is currently assisting the first residents to take occupation at the company’s flagship Hadzor Hall development in Droitwich Spa, which incorporates 36 classically designed townhouses and converted properties. She will also oversee the completions due this Summer at Neil Grinnall Homes’ Bath Road development comprising 41 newly built apartments at Diglis Canal Basin in Worcester city centre. Also situated in central Worcester are 24 loft style apartments at K1 – the Grade II listed former Kays Catalogue Headquarters, which are due for completion later this year.

The Neil Grinnall Group is scheduled to start construction on a further 300 new residential properties over the next 12 – 18 months, while ambitious organic growth plans include putting some 2,000 plots – located across the Worcestershire and West Midlands – through the planning process before the year end.
